Your enquiry and your privacy

When you enquire through this website, Progress Tutoring collects your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, your child’s year group, your preferred subject and centre, and your message.

How we use your details

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable tuition and manage follow-up. This form does not sign you up to a marketing list. Please do not include your child’s full name, medical information or other sensitive details in your message.

Where information is held

Enquiries are stored in a protected database hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Only authorised staff can view the enquiry inbox. When email alerts are enabled, a copy of your enquiry is sent through Resend to our business email inbox so our team can follow up. Technical request information is also processed by the hosting provider to operate and protect the website. A temporary hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions.

Cookies and third parties

This version does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Staff sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. Fonts and teaching photographs are hosted with the site. Links to directions open Google Maps, where Google’s own privacy terms apply.
